SHIP-OS SHIP-OS

From the receiving dock to the doorstep — and back.

The operating system for shipping, fulfillment, and warehouse operations.

Not just outbound — the whole loop. Orders in from every channel; inbound, put away, pick, pack, ship, track, return, bill, and reconcile, all in one system on one truth. Built for small and medium operations.

One command, Mac or Linux — or see the install options.

01Inbound

Orders and receipts arrive — Shopify, TikTok, CSV, the dock.

02Put away

Directed to bins by location; every movement recorded.

03Pick

Batch waves, your rules, owned exceptions on every screen.

04Pack

Scan-verified; a wrong item stops the label.

05Ship

Rate-shopped on your carrier accounts; confirmed prints finalize.

06Track

Delivery state polls itself; stalled shipments wake their owner.

07Return

Inspected before restock, so sellable counts stay honest.

08Bill

Invoices assemble from the ledger; reconciliation finds the drift.

Orders map — hi-fi preview. Final art replaces this with a capture from the screenshot gallery tenant.

One day, start to finish

The whole system, lived in one shift.

Not a feature tour — a Tuesday. Every feature below shows up exactly where it would in your shift, at the moment it earns its keep.

7:42a
Overnight orders, already clean.

Shopify and TikTok orders arrived while you slept — one intake, deduped, addresses checked, ready to ship. No morning export-and-import ritual.

7:55a
Exceptions first, coffee second.

Three blockers were waiting; two closed themselves overnight when tracking proved them resolved. For the third, you @Hermes in the order thread — it has already read the carrier logs and proposes a void-and-rebuy, waiting on your approval.

8:10a
Rates, shopped — not guessed.

Your rules pick the carrier, service, and box. SHIP-OS rate-shops your own Stamps.com, EasyPost, and other carrier accounts at your negotiated rates, then Autopilot queues the buys. Cheapest label wins on merit — we don't take a cut of postage.

8:30a
Print, without faith.

Labels route to the bench Zebra over LAN, packing slips to the office printer. One job comes back uncertain — the station asks you: confirm, reprint, or hold. Nothing double-prints, and only a confirmed print marks a shipment shipped.

9:00a
Pick waves hit the floor.

The batch buckets — picking, exception, shipping, shipped — read identical on your desk and every phone. Wi-Fi stutters in aisle 4; the scanner keeps working and syncs when the network returns.

10:30a
Packing that checks your work.

Scan each item into the box. A wrong item stops the label from printing — the exception opens with an owner before the mistake reaches the customer.

12:00p
Status emails, zero.

Your fulfillment client checks inbound inventory and shipments in the portal — on your domain, in your brand. You didn't write them a single "where is it" reply today.

1:30p
Counts, with a paper trail.

Cycle count in aisle 2 turns up two variances. You adjust with a reason code; the movements are recorded, so the ledger stays provable.

2:00p
The robot writes the apology.

A mis-ship needs a customer note. Your bot drafts it in the shop's voice from the last few corrections; you tweak one line and approve. It runs on your key, your provider — your pick of brain, per machine.

4:45p
Storage billing, drawn from proof.

The client that passed its trust gate last week gets a storage invoice drafted straight from the counted ledger. Accuracy you can bill for, not argue about.

5:15p
Close the laptop.

Every screen agrees with every other screen, because they all read the same truth. Tomorrow's rules are already set. That's the whole trick.

One network. Your rules.

Connect the accounts you already pay for — SHIP-OS orchestrates the rest.

Carrier-agnostic — we don't sell labels

Connect the accounts you already have — Shippo, ShipEngine, EasyPost, Stamps.com, or direct carriers — and rate-shop across all of them at your negotiated rates. We never resell postage or take a cut.

A print agent that never lies

Directs what prints where and how — and only a confirmed print finalizes a shipment. No duplicate labels, no falsely "shipped" orders, no jobs fired into the void.

Rules for shipping

Which carrier, which service, which box, which printer. Write the rules once and every order follows them.

Every sales channel

Shopify, TikTok, and wherever else you sell — orders flow in, fulfillments flow out. No double entry.

Built for hands and bad Wi-Fi.

The floor is where software goes to die. This one was built there first.

A scanner for shaky hands

The camera locks and dwells before accepting a barcode, with constant stabilization. VERIFY pace for careful work; RAPID pace for flat-out repetitive scanning.

Offline-tolerant iPhone

Wi-Fi drops mid-scan? Keep working — scans and prints queue locally and sync back when the network returns. Four native apps, identical on Android.

A station on every desk

Native Mac and Linux desktop apps with silent self-updates, plus built-in tabs for carrier portals — passwords encrypted on that station only.

Every screen agrees. Every time.

Pick counts, shipment statuses, and available actions are canonical across web, desktop, and phone. Exceptions have owners and close themselves when resolved. Open orders refresh themselves — your edits are never silently overwritten.

Aim, lock, accept — built for shaky hands.

The camera locks and dwells before a scan counts. VERIFY paces careful work; RAPID re-arms instantly for repeat scanning. Wrong item? The label never prints.

Run the warehouse — yours or everyone's.

Bin-level inventory with receiving, returns inspection, and cycle counts. And if you fulfill for clients:

One client's stock can never fulfill another client's order. Ownership enforced at every level — run multi-client fulfillment without silent borrowing. Their storefronts sell only what's actually there, with true available-to-sell published back to their Shopify.
Storage billing drawn from a ledger you can prove. Once a client's inventory passes an objective trust gate — counted, reconciled, clean — storage invoices come from the same trusted ledger. Accuracy becomes billable revenue.
Your customers, inside the loop. A real customer portal: clients log in on your domain to see shipments, inbound inventory, billing, and returns — with private channels and a permanent thread per order.

Bots

You, your team, and your bots. One room.

The room can hold you, your team, and any bots you bring. @mention one mid-conversation and it answers in the open, where the whole team — and the audit trail — can see it. Hermes ships with every account, but it's one of many: build your own bots and pick the default brain per machine. Bring your own key — Western clouds, Chinese providers, or fully local.

Every chat can own a real computer — 3 VMs included

$10, once. Then 6 months free.

The one-time $10 covers server costs while we break this puppy in. Every new account gets six months free to put SHIP-OS through real work, and we cap new signups at 10 a day.

Full pricing is still taking shape. If cost is a concern, contact us — tell us your situation and we'll agree on pricing that fits it. The bots are optional and bring-your-own-key, and every account includes 3 VMs.
